Dancer Mobility Workshop

Unlock Your Body And Get Access To The Dance You Want!

Hosted by Myles & Tessa

Feel more mobile, stable, and flexible

in your West Coast Swing

Do you...

  • feel stiffness or pain during or after dancing?
  • wish your body would cooperate with you so you can dance better and for longer?
  • struggle physically to implement all the technique advice you’ve been given?
  • want to be a smoother dancer but think you look stiff on video?

If so, it sounds like...

Your mobility is holding you back from getting the dance you want.

This indicates you need to train your mobility (and stability) separately from your WCS.

You need to resolve these deeper issues first in order to access and implement all the great WCS skills you're trying to learn.

Mobility and stability issues might be a result of pre-WCS body conditions such as:

  • Old injuries
  • Chronic conditions
  • General inflexibility
  • Guarding/protecting
  • Lack of history of physical activity
  • Unhealthy movement habits

Deeper issues like this call for a professional who specializes in them,

so we (Myles & Tessa) are excited to introduce to you...

Here is a short preview of a conditioning exercise Gabriel teaches to help improve your connection and prevent shoulder injuries.
