Finally, a relevant PRO invented a digestible wheel! When I started teaching back in the day, I had to go through the labour of developing my own WCS program from a mish mash of random and sporadic training. With the SLDM, WCS teachers no longer have to do that. Even after my decades of teaching experience, it was still invaluable. The coursework helped me to see where I had holes or where a different order or emphasis was needed.
